Consider joining Parents’ Club Board
All SMM parents are asked to consider joining the Parents’ Club Board. Serving on the Board has many benefits:
- Fun way to meet other SMM parents
- Great way to contribute to the school
- Perfect way to stay informed of what’s going on
- Excellent method to teach your children – by setting the example – the value of volunteering.
The
Board desires more members for the 2012-2013 school year because
several dedicated Board members who have served for many years will be
leaving SMM school. Their 7th and 8th grade children will be attending
high school next year.
Please sell your World’s Finest Chocolate
The 2012 Spring Fundraiser has begun. World’s Finest Chocolate candy
was sent home with students. Parents are asked to please sell one case
of candy, valued at $50. Each chocolate bar sells for $1.
IMPORTANT
NOTE: If you open the case of candy, you must sell or pay for the
candy. World’s Finest Chocolate will not take back any opened cases of
candy. If you do not want to sell the candy, return the unopened case
to the school.
Either the candy or $50 must be returned to school by Monday, Feb. 27.
