Here are some important dates to remember
 
 

August 26th General Meeting 7:00PM in the Parish Ministry building

 

September 25 First Set up 8:30AM on the back field (after Shoney's breakfast)

 

October 2 Set up 8:30 on the back field

 

October 5, 6 and 7 work nights we start about 6:00PM

 

October 8, 9 and 10 Fair

 

October 11 Clean up

 

A date for the appreciation party has not been set.

 

We are no longer having sign up weekend so if someone mentions to you that they

want to help please ask them to email us at smmfair@cox.net or call the rectory

 

ENTRANCE PRIZE RETURNS

Please remember to return the Fair Entrance Prize ticket

stubs and money for the tickets you sell. Extra tickets may

be picked up in the back of church or at the rectory. Returns

can be put in an envelope and deposited in any regular

Sunday collection or dropped off at the rectory.

 

DONATION APPEAL

The Fair Donations Committee is urging parishioners to ask

businesses that they frequent to consider donating gift

certificates or prizes to be used at the Prize-O-Rama booth,

Bingo, and on the Auction Boards. Donation letters and

acknowledgments can be obtained through the rectory.

 

FAIR SET-UP DAYS

Saturdays, Sept. 25 & Oct. 2 at 8 AM

Fair Set-Up is a big job and we need all the help we can get.

We got jobs for men, women & children. No previous

experience necessary! With lots of people, the job gets easy

and the day gets shorter. Remember, refreshments and a

“FREE LUNCH” for all the fair set-up workers well be

cheerfully served. Mark your calendars now!
